  1. In a wok boil Moon dal. Set aside once done.
  2. In a wok heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Stir and add tomatoes. Stir.
  3. Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, crushed garlic, grated ginger and add Dal and water. Stir.
  4. Add salt and cover to let the Dal and vegetables mix well..
  5. Add lime juice on low flame and set aside. Keep covered.
  6. Serve with rice and enjoy. Don’t re-heat as lime juice once heated will not give a good taste.
